The room was reasonably large with a private bathroom. I had a comfortable bed, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. The staff was extremely helpful & very amiable. The location was comfy, next to the establishment, the mall, and attractions and a Best Western. The hotel was 2 miles away from Spring Lake Preserve.

The hotel is clean and spacious, with professional staff members. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Convenient setting near Austin, San Antonio, and various rivers.

Great location to a public research university. Set just off the river, Austin, and San Marcos, TX in the very relaxing area. Good hot breakfast to star a day with `` out of order '' on the juice machine and waffles, as for instance.

The hotel is well-maintained and quiet. The breakfast is warm and delicious. The staff is very friendly and top-class. The location is excellent, close to shopping centers in Austin and San Marcos.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Room refrigerator didn't seem to cool but we didn't use it anyway.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Johnny. He went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. I love the variety of complimentary items that were available, like breakfast. I liked that there was a fridge and microwave in my room. One of the few hotels that offer smoking rooms, with ashtrays and matches.Very clean and maintained. I was even able to check out a little bit late since i didnt wake up early. I will definitely come back here. Iys hard to find good hotels and this is one of the nicest affordable hotels I have been to in a while.

I have NO complaints about my stay.

The hotel's convenient location makes it easy to explore San Marcos, Austin, and San Antonio. The hardworking staff was extremely helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed the nice-sized room with extra touches and amenities provided.
